Grades are Guidelines. Missed classes are non-refundable. Makeups in ANY Class at Student's level. Company class paid within TDW Tuition Schedule.Dropped classes or TDTC Fee will no longer be refundable or transferrable to Tuition or Costume Fee. Payment Plan - 1/2 due January 5th with Balance due February 5th - NO TUITION - NO CLASS.

TDW opens 4pm Mondays,Tuesdays,Thursdays & 3pm Wednesdays.

Young Dance 3/1/2 - 4Yrs $9.50 per class - $152 per Semester.

Classes taken in BOTH time slots - Higher Payment Schedule used.

Families taking more than 6 classes per week ADD Nominal Fee of $10 Per Semester to above Tuition for every class added.

Returned Check Fee $20 / Postdated Checks not accepted.

Costume Fee $65 per Costume per class - due Dec 12th /After this date $70 - Companies will not add new orders to original order.

PAYMENT PLAN - Half at Registration or First week of each Semester. Balance due First Week of following Month.

POLICY CHANGE: ALL Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Includes Dropped classes, Costume Fees, Tuition, Company Fee. Tuition not paid PROMPTLY on dates stated in Brochure will result in your student taken off class list and out of Annual DanceConcert, regardless of Costume paid.

TDW will open at 4pm Mon,Tues, Thurs, and 3pm on Wednesdays.

ATTENDANCE

We expect students to be committed to their Dance Education. Please make every effort to bring your student to class on time. Dance training must be consistent. Only 3 Absences per Semester for illness, serious family situations and Church or School Committments. If a student is ill or injured a Physician's note may be required before resuming classes.

Semester 2 choreography is worked on for the annual Dance Concert - student MUST be in class to work with classmates. Missed classes may result in not performing in May. The Dance Concert is a CLASS effort.

DRESS CODE (NO STREET CLOTHES) Students must be dressed appropriately for class - HAIR must be secured away from face. Young Dance may wear pink leotards and no ribbons required on shoes. ALL other ballet classes are to wear TDW's uniform -periwinkle camisole leotard, pink tights and ballet shoes with Ribbons sewn as in Pointe shoes. Ballet shoes must fit student like a glove- if they are bought to grow into, it hinders their progression. All other classes check with Teacher as to dancewear and shoes. TDW will no longer stock leotards, tights and only a few class uniforms are available in small child and large adult sizes. Ribbons for Ballet shoes are available.

TDW is open on In- Service days, Half days and most Snow days. Call us or listen to WLEN in case of cancellation.

TDW is not responsible for lost or stolen items nor for injuries on or around the Premises.

SEMESTER 1 (4 Months) August 24 - December 17 Labor Day and Thanksgiving Week OFF classes resume Monday, Nov 30

SEMESTER 2 (4 Months) January 4 - May 8 Easter Break follows School Schedule
