Trained in Australia through the Royal Academy of Dance. (RAD) Teacher Training in Canada and the U.S.
Taught at the Community School of Ballet, Dance Theatre,Youth Ballet Repertory and 7 years at Siena Heights University. Choreographed for Youth Ballet Repertory,Tecumseh Youth Theatre.Artistic Director of Tecumseh Dance Theatre Company.Certified and Registered with the Royal Academy of Dance, London, England. She is an Associate of the International Dance Teachers Association.
Joe Briggs, (Mr. B)
Studied with Marjorie Randazzo, Cleveland Ballet School and the National Ballet of Canada.
Performed with Harbinger Inc, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre under the direction of Patricia Wilde,one of Balanchine's
premier dancers. Danced Principal Roles in Classical and Contemporary ballets and worked with world renowned choreographers,Jiri Kylian and Paul Taylor.Taught at Point Park College,Oakland University, Pittsburgh Ballet School and Randazzo Dance. Director of TCA's Nutcracker for 4 years.Currently teaching at Siena Heights University. He is available for Master Classes and Workshops.
Deena Bryan, (Mrs. B)
Trained at TDW and Oakland University; Danced with Oakland Dance Theatre.Toured the U.S. with Hoctor Dance Caravan; Adjudicated at numerous College Dance festivals.Performed with Twyla Tharp, choreographs for Tecumseh Youth Theatre and is Executive Director of Tecumseh Dance Theatre Company.
Rhea Kupisz, (Mrs. R)
Has over 20 years experience and training. Performed as a Solo Artist with a Precision Line Group. Choreographed for Tecumseh Youth Theatre and is an Associate of Tecumseh Dance Theatre Company.
Annamia Anderson Rumley (Mrs. A)
Trained at TDW, Community School of Ballet and Youth Ballet Repertory,
where she taught and danced with the Company. Performed with CSB Dance Group. Studied with Peter Sparling at U of M Dance Dept. Annamia along with Deena helped Mrs K grow TDW into a solid Dance School.She took time off teaching because of illness. Ballet Mistress for Tecumseh Dance Theatre Company. Assistant to Mr B for TCA's Nutcracker and is now Director for this Holiday favorite.
